Hi, I'm Jackie. I'm an educator, instructional designer, AND e-learning developer. 

With over 15 years of work in education, I possess intimate knowledge of learners, learning, and materials design. Since 2010, I've utilized instructional design processes like ADDIE, SAM, and Backwards Design to design and deliver customized print materials for adult learners. In 2014, I began combining that knowledge with emerging learning technologies like Articulate Storyline and Learning Management Systems (LMSs) to produce e-learning training. Now, with nearly a decade of experience in multimedia design and development, I lean hard into making learning online effective and enjoyable. 

I thrive in a mission-driven setting with opportunities for unique visual design and communication, especially using video animation tools like Vyond. I combine learning sciences with the creativity needed to ignite understanding.
